1. Right of Withdrawal

According to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the product.

However, due to the nature of the jewelry industry, the right of withdrawal for products that are custom-made, prepared with special measurements or have names/letters on them and for hygiene reasons, unavailable.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

Uygen Gold,does not accept standard returns and exchanges.
Instead, all our products 2-year repair warranty against manufacturing defects is covered.

In case of a manufacturing-related problem occurring within this period, your product will be repaired free of charge and delivered to you.

3. Shipping Terms

• For repair shipments under warrantythe customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
  
  

• However, if the product is defective (e.g. broken, faulty production, missing product shipment), the shipping costs are covered by Uygen Gold.
  
  

4. Defective Product

In case the delivered product is defective, the customer can exercise their rights to free repair, price discount or product replacement within the scope of Law No. 6502.
