When Receiving Your Product
Before signing the cargo report, please check the box for any damage or issues. If there is any damage or missing packaging, or if the box's tape is torn, please return your box without signing any delivery documents and request a report be prepared by the courier. If you fulfill this obligation, your new products will be shipped to you immediately.
